FABRICATION Within our 10,000 sqft facility houses a complete Fab & Race shop. Inside these walls The D3 Team is capable of full vehicle prep for both street and track. The D3 Team has produced some of the world’s fastest street and competition cars, furthermore the Motorsport Laboratory has worked with numerous A-Grade coach builders such as Armored Car Builders, Limousine Constructors and Film and Television Production Companies to deliver performance solutions via purpose built vehicles for their intended application.

Roll Cage Fabrication D3 roll cages are built inside the vehicle. This allows us to fit the cage to the drivers needs as well as form fitting all aspects to the original lines of the vehicle’s interior. All cages are constructed of CrMo 4130 TUBE with ChMo 4130 SHEET for gussets, mounting plates and other required fitment components. INTERGRATION, is the key to success. The talented team at D3 is capable of full cage fabrication that can work with a full OEM interior, as well as a stripped down full competition car.

Fuel Cell’s & Bladder Tanks With hundreds of hours of R&D for Cadillac Automobiles the team at D3 has grown very familiar with the needs and intergration specifics of installing functional fuel cells. Bottom line, we know what sizes need to be specified for proper fuel cell fitment. Street, Competition and dual tank instllations available.
