D3 Air Intake for CTS-V

The staple product of any good CTS-V performance build.

The D3 Air Intake is designed not only to look good, but to also makes real world hose power. This is why the D3 Air Intake has become a staple product in all of D3′s performance builds.

The D3 Air Intake is the first complete air intake for the 2009-2011 Cadillac CTS-V as well as the first to feature a true ø102mm Non-Tapered mandrel bent intake pipe with all external MAF & PCV Interfaces. The D3 Intake for CTS-V features an all-aluminum construction, Laser Cut MAF Interface Plate, Genuine K&N Air Filter, and a 1pc aluminum heat shield when combined offer a phenomenal bolt on ~20HP or upwards of ~50HP when calibrated through dyno tuning.

Installation is a breeze and can be accomplished with simple hand tools. The D3 Intake is a complete replacement solution to the OEM airbox. The MAF interface has been laser cut to allow for 100% perfect mating of both positioning and interfacing of the MAF to the new intake pipe. The heat shield features a simple to install 1pc construction allowing it to dropped in with no assembly.

Note: The D3 Air Intake seen an average gain of +35 HP. ECU Mapping will be required due to the significant increase in air flow. If you do not wish to map the ECU then D3 recommends the use of the SOUNDPIPE Intake

This kit is designed to add on to the D3 Air Intake System thus converting it into a true Cold Air Intake that will sit behind the Driver Side Fog Light.

Note: Dyno tuning required for proper drivability.

D3 Soundpipe w/K&N Air Filter

For use with the OEM Airbox Only

The D3 Soundpipe replaces the OEM ribbed and recirculate type air pipe with a smoothbore aluminum pipe that allows for the air to travel at a higher velocity to the air intake.

The D3 Soundpipe system utilizes the OEM Enclosed Airbox but still allows for a more throaty "intake" sound as well as a modest power increase.
