The Bolt On Dragster is one of the most thrilling car packages that we have built at D3. The sheer power that can be achieved based on the Cadillac CTS-V is phenomenal and has been proven to allow for consistent performance day in and day out.

Too often we (i.e. Tuners) are too quick to pull all the OEM components off and replace it with larger blowers, bigger motors, etc. This was not the case when building the B.O.D.  We have opted to retain ALL OEM internals, and utilize the OEM Eaton 1900 Blower to its fullest potential.

The result is a astronomically powerful CTS-V that we consider extremely Competitive in the Street Legal Drag Circuit. Best of all the CTS-V still retains all of its daily drivability!

To date the only downfall preventing us from achieving official NHRA 1/4 time slips is the fact that the CTS-V has entered into the territory of speed that now calls for a full 5 point roll cage, seat harness’ and a full fire suit to race.

Let’s just say that we think the chrome-molly roll cage will clash with the plush leather interior, but then again we can always wrap the cage in suede!
