The D3 Air Inlet hood is used on pinnacle D3 builds such as the ULTRA-V and D3 Dragster because it allows the highest amount of fresh air to cycle into the engine compartment. 
The D3 Air Inlet Hood has been designed to allow for fresh air to enter the engine compartment thus lowering the under hood air ambient temperature.  It also features a raised design allowing for the clearance of the D3 ULTRACHARGER kits.

D3 | Ventilated Motorsport Hood

Elegance & the Motorsport Spirit are the key factors in the design philosophy of D3.

The D3 Ventilated Motorsport Hood replaces the OEM CTS-V hood with a ligher (nearly 8 lbs) carbon fiber hood. The Ventilated Hood is designed to extract heat allowing for cooler underhood temperatures. Additionally the hood is also designed to clear the largest blowers available including the 4.2L ULTRACHARGER kit.

The D3 Front Spoiler for CTS-V is a 2pc front spoiler that adds on to the OEM front bumper. The D3 Front Spoiler does not require drilling and will be installed on to OEM mounting positions.

The D3 Air Foil is designed to fit to the D3 Front Spoiler. The Air Foil is manufactured of Carbon Fiber and is designed to allow for separation of air flow above and below the vehicle.

D3 1000HP Axles

The CTS-V axles are designed to handle over 1000HP.

Using chromoly center bars, 108mm Porsche-style CV’s that have custom 30 spline races (all Porsche CV’s come with a small 28 spline) bolt-on chromoly inner and outer stubs, these are a direct bolt-on that fit the stock hubs and come complete with all the necessary hardware.

D3 Max Fit Intercooler / Heat Exchanger

As you increase the engines power output you will build additional heat through the cooling system. This unfortunately is a natural byproduct of making more HP/TQ. The only thing you can do to combat against that is to subsequently increase the vehicles ability to keep cool.

The D3 Competition Aluminum Radiator is specifically engineered to maximize cooling efficiency by boosting the engines ability to transfer heat to ambient and protect your car from overheating when pushing the performance envelope.

The D3 Competition Aluminum Radiator features a lightweight aluminum core that utilizes the highest quality core materials available, with 100% brazed aluminum and robust aluminum end tanks.  The D3Competition Radiator has been designed to interface with the OEM fans and shroud making installation easy and painless.
